• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
• 1 USD purchases 10 credits (minimum purchase may apply)
• Each resume download consumes 5 credits (0.50 USD equivalent)

• Credits are not time-limited - you can use them anytime

• Only purchasing the number of credits you expect to use
• Understanding that all purchases are final

4. Exceptional Circumstances

While we maintain a strict no refund policy, you may contact us if:

• There was an unauthorized charge to your account
• You experienced technical issues that prevented service use
